Our Community
Skyestone is a 55+ community in Broomfield, Colorado, with 519 homes in the natural surroundings of the Colorado foothills and the Boulder area Flatirons.
Residents enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities. The Lodge serves as the community's main recreation center with a movement room and a fitness center, kitchen, billiards table, library and conference room. An outdoor pool, spa and pickleball courts are adjacent to the Lodge. Community gardens, bocce courts and miles of trails for biking, hiking, and walking support this very active community. A wonderful city owned golf course is across the street.
There are weekly programs, fitness classes, 27 clubs, and an active calendar of social events for everyone. Dedicated volunteers serve in a variety of positions and deliver high quality programs and events. Skyestone is supported by the General Manager, Michael R Tillotson.
The Skyestone HOA is governed by a five member Board, elected by the residents, and committees and task forces that support the Board's efforts. The Board and community develop a
Strategic Plan 2020-2023 that implements the mission.
