Villas Town Hall March 14th, 2023
A Town Hall meeting for Villas owners March 14 covered a number of important areas: a deficit from 2022 snow removal expense, landscaping responsibilities, and repair of concrete surfaces. The meeting was led by chairs of the respective committees: John May, Finance; Mike Freece, Landscape & Grounds; and Gary Mahan, Facilities & Capital Improvements.
The
Q&A format represents the major topics addressed by speakers and residents, and is not intended to be a verbatim list of all questions asked. It has been updated to reflect discussion at the March 22 Board of Directors meeting.
