These dynamic workouts provide improvement to overall fitness and well being.
A total body workout that combines low to moderate Cardio impact with balance, core, leg and arm strengthening. A challenge for any fitness level and gives a strong foundation of strength, endurance and movement. Cultivates a mind-body connection promoting a sense of calm and reduces stress. Options always available to modify exercises as needed. The instructors create a supportive and non-judgmental environment helping everyone feel comfortable while exploring their limits, challenges and achievements and are motivated, committed and provide positive reinforcement to the class while ensuring safe and effective workouts. Join the class and work hard, have fun and form friendships along the way.

This class includes a variety of exercises drawn from various evidence-based programs proven to have significant benefits for people living with Parkinson's and other neurological disorders. The movements can be easily modified for all fitness levels with an emphasis on mobility, motor coordination, flexibility, muscle strength and balance. This class is designed not only for those with specific impairments or challenges, but also benefits any participant desiring to build stability, strength and endurance for activities of daily living. This class is based on the international TaijiFit program, which combines the best elements of Tai Chi and Qigong. A TaijiFit Flow class is not just exercise, but is an experience that strengthens the body and mind with deep breathing and gentle, energizing, low-impact movements suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This evidence-based program works to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, mobility, and coordination, all of which decline with age. Participation may also result in reduced stress and an overall improved sense of physical and mental well-being. With the help of small exercise balls and light weights, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being in a welcoming environment.
