Utility Rate Assistance Fund
City and County of Broomfield’s (CCOB) utility fund rates will be increasing. This increase will help ensure the sustainability of aging infrastructure and the ability to continue providing a safe and reliable water supply to its residents.
CCOB has implemented the Utility Fund Assistance Program to help those who are eligible. This program will set aside a portion of the base rate for utilities to assist households meeting an income eligibility threshold of 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The maximum amount of annual assistance would be $240 for income-qualified households.
This program is active as of January 2025. Visit the Income Limits Information page and view the 2024 CHFA Income Limits table for eligibility.

Air traffic is something that should concern us all, especially when it comes to small planes that contribute disproportionately to the noise, pollution, and safety concerns of those living under the path of travel in and out of these airports. This website is currently under construction.
